Goalies must wear face masks and cups.
Players must have intermediate skating ability, for their own safety as well as the safety of other players.
You must be under 18 or have permission from league comissioner or two captains.

NO refunds for missed games or games missed by suspension.
Players must have their own skates and equipment.
Rules of play; standard hockey rules, except:

4 on 4 play; plus goaltender.
Substitutions can be made at the benches at any time. However, the player leaving the ice must touch his bench before his substitution takes to the court. A too many men penalty will result if the player comes on the court before the retiring player touches the bench.
Also, players must use the gates and not jump over the boards, a minor penalty for jumping over the boards will be accessed.
Goalies may be pulled/replaced at any time.
Substitute player must wait until the goalie clears his faceoff circle before joining the play.
Violation of this rule will call for a whistle and faceoff at center ice. No penalty will be served.
There will be icing calls.
Any player who shoots the puck inside of his penalty shot line and causes the ball to cross the other team's goal line WITHOUT hitting the side boards or being able to be played by an opposing player will be ruled icing.
Icing MUST be touched by the opposing team first, otherwise play continues and icing is waved off.
No leaving both skates except around the crease.
Subject to a minor penalty if a potential injury may result.
All goals will count except:
when the ball goes in off a hand or glove,
when scored with stick over the shoulders (high stick),
attacking team interferes with goalie.
Goals off skates or kicked in WILL count as a goal.
Penalties:

Fighting will result in a suspension for the rest of the season.
Excessive rough play or swearing will result in a removal from the current game.
All minor penalties will result in the offending player serving a 1:30 stop time penaly.
After a penalty is served, the player may return to the ice right away.
Coincidental minors: both players will serve a 1:30 stop time penalty, with teams playing one man down each.
Any player raising their stick over their head to play the ball, will be sent off until the next stoppage. Faceoff will be in the offending team's defensive zone. A substitution will be allowed. Raising the stick above the shoulders for the purpose of a slapshot, or goal celebration is legal.
